1. All pre-ordered items require half/full payment. If you pay half, please pay the remaining balance within 5 days after the goods arrive. If the order is overdue, the order will be considered abandoned and all deposits will not be refunded, please note.
2. The condition, rarity, and year of all products will affect the price of the goods. (The customer can also propose the highest budget price because the auction house rules are that the highest bidder wins. The higher the budget, the higher the chance.)
3. Our store will provide product detail pictures and approximate sizes taken at the auction venue. The actual product may be slightly different. Please confirm the detailed pictures carefully first, because the goods are selected by the customer. If there are any discrepancies, our store will not be responsible.
4. For all pre-ordered items, it is estimated that it will take 1 month to find the products. If the purchase is not successful after the time limit, a full refund will be issued within 2 months, unless the customer expresses his willingness to continue waiting. After a successful auction of beautiful items, it will take about 21 days to be sent directly from Japan to Hong Kong. If there is any news, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
5. Since there have been many customers who have ordered the goods before, but they disappeared for no reason after the goods arrived in Hong Kong. Because of this, to protect our rights and interests, our store hereby reiterates! If a customer who orders goods fails to pay the balance within 5 days of the goods arriving in Hong Kong, the order will be considered abandoned! Those who abandon the order have no refunds or exchanges for those who abandon the order!
6. Those who abandon orders will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to shop in our store. If you inquire again later, our store will not reply.
