- Our store mainly uses SF Express to deliver products to customers. After shipment, the SF No. will be sent to the customer so that customers can follow up on the whereabouts of the products.
- Mailing involves risks, and the customer must bear all risks of mailing. If necessary, you are welcome to use the insurance service of the mailing company to protect the safety of the goods.
- If the customer needs to meet at the Kwun Tong Studio, please make an appointment before at least 1 day, and the clerk needs to make preparations in advance.
